Learn to make professional reports for presentations or data that needs to be disseminated to different points in your organization. This class will help you put the "finishing" touches on the data retrieved using our reporting tool. Learn how to merge two powerful tools to create a wide variety of reports. This class will discuss the creation of simple, group by, cross tab, and point-in-time reports. During this class you will learn how to use the report wizard as well as how to create reports from "scratch".

Process Re-Engineering (Workflow Consultation) |

This is the training that is most needed, and the least used. So now all of your data's in the system and your people know (or are learning) how to enter the appropriate new data into the system. But you feel the need to review your business practices to make sure you are getting the most out of this powerful tool. This class is very client specific and will help you determine what To-do’s, letters, and reports need to be sent according to your workflow processes. This class will also work to define "ownership" of each process, and help to identify who their "clients" are. All aspects of your human capital management can be reviewed in great detail and a plan will be formulated and in many cases implemented during the sessions.
