Reporting makes it easy for any level of user to generate standard reports and letters, compliance reports such as EEO, and ad hoc reports and queries, whenever needed.
Information is a critical part of our Human Resource Information System because it allows you to make better strategic decisions.
We maintain a wide array of data, ranging from employee demographics and benefit elections to performance ratings. Companies may also maintain unlimited unique data field and include outside data such as salary survey and metric benchmarking data.
Both current and historic information can be gained access quickly, and easily, without having to know SQL coding or attend formal Crystal training classes.
Novices to advanced technical users can access and run reports on demand, and include any data within the system.
The Reporting module ships with 150 standard reports/letters, which include all the compliance reports (EEO, VETS, OSHA), and many other useful reports developed over the years for our diverse client base. These reports can be copied and modified by users to meet their exact needs.
Users can also create their own ad hoc reports using our built-in Report Writer. All data fields, including unique fields, can be included in your reports.
We make it so easy that users can select fields right from the displayed form – so they see the field “in context”, ensuring that the desired field is included.
Users can also develop and save special queries (or filters) against the data so that only the desired subset of information is reported. Query options include:
- standard queries from a list
- Native language queries
- Advanced SQL statements
Native language queries, for example, let users type in a logical sentence in place of complicated code (we figure all that out for you behind the scenes).
All queries and reports have a preview function and report data can be exported to Word, Excel, CSV or Tab delimited formats for use in other applications through one click.
