NuView's product suite incorporates your global workforce under a single Global HR platform, making it easy to report on your global enterprise, eliminating the need for separate systems within each country.
NuView's product suite displays the local language, currency, date format and policies/plans applicable to that country - no matter where they are around the globe.
Because the system is web-based, authorized users can access the system whenever they need, regardless of time zone or the international date line!
The core of our multinational capability begins with foreign language profiles. Every form that is displayed uses either the "default" profile (in English), or a custom profile created for a specific foreign language (such as French, Spanish or Chinese) and assigned to system users from that country.
The XSLT page for the form defines the translated labels that display next to each data field, allowing for full localization. Data entered in a foreign language, such as Chinese, will be displayed in that local language.
You can create as many language profiles as needed. If a specific field is not needed, then it is removed from the XSLT page for that country's profile.
Many of our U.S. based clients have rolled the system out to their global offices and enjoy the efficiencies of a single, global system. |
