Dagmar has over 15 years of experience in the HRO (Human Resources Outsourcing) industry, covering human resources, payroll and benefits administration, as well as process improvement and project management experience.

In her current role, Dagmar focuses on expanding our Service Bureau operation and streamlining the Support process. Dagmar and her team build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and internal teams, creating an environment that provides exceptional support. Dagmar leverages her extensive analytical skills to evaluate and redesign procedures and processes to increase productivity and streamline operations.  

Dagmar holds a BA in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has coached Six Sigma Green Belt candidates. She is on the Board of Directors for the National Human Resources Organization; New Hampshire Division and was selected by the Seacoast Human Resources Association to present “HRIS – Cutting Edge Technology for the HR Profession” at a recent HR seminar.
