| Essential Responsibilities & Requirements |
 |
|
|
Handle and track incoming customer support calls ensuring accurate and prompt customer service by learning and maintaining advanced knowledge of NuView System's current software packages. |
 |
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. |
 |
Maintain and create knowledge base articles for access by clients and employees. |
 |
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. |
 |
Works under immediate supervision. |
 |
May be required to carry a beeper for light 24-hour support on a rotating basis. |

| Qualifications |
 |
|
|
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows-based software packages (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Proficiency with Internet applications a must. |
|
Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, or other programming language preferred but not required. HTML experience helpful. Comfort with data structures desired. |
 |
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment required. |
 |
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a detail-oriented, team environment needed. |
 |
ay require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. |
