| Essential Responsibilities & Requirements |

Pre-sales Application consultant opportunities require bright, articulate, top-performing, motivated individuals to assist in presenting our leading Web-native HR Solutions to small and large companies in all industries. Candidates will be demonstrating to Human Resource Professionals, C level Executives and IT Management. Responsibilities include learning our system, customizing content, performing web demos and in-depth on-site demos across the US. Other responsibilities include responding to RFP's/RFI's and working closely with Regional Sales Managers to understand prospect business needs and requirements as it relates to presentations to prospects. Travel required.
Additional Requirements: |

3-5 years HRIS/HRMS configuration, setup and maintenance (NOT DATA ENTRY) |
 |
Scripting (HTML, JavaScript, ASP, XML) |
 |
Technical Training and/or Demonstration experience |
 |
Familiarity with HR Department operations |
|
Previous experience as an HRIS Administrator, HRIS Manager, Corporate Applications Specialist or someone with IT experience who had the role of supporting corporate administrative software packages would be desirable.
Income consists of a base salary plus a generous commission/ bonus structure. At plan, first year's compensation should total $100k plus. The Company offers full benefits, IRA Fund, generous vacation/PTO policy and paid expenses. NuView is an Equal Opportunity Employer. |
