Job Description
Openings: (Atlanta, Tampa, Miami), Dallas and Southern California
Regional Sales Manager opportunities require bright, articulate, top-performing, motivated individuals to assist in presenting our leading Web-native HR Solutions to small and large companies. Candidates will be selling to Human Resource Professionals and IT Management. Responsibilities will be prospecting for new business, following up and qualifying leads, closing business, meeting assigned quota, developing proposals and bids, negotiating deals, etc.

Income consists of a base salary plus a generous commission/ bonus structure. At plan, first year's compensation should total $125-150K plus. The Company offers full benefits, IRA Fund, and all expenses are paid.
Qualifications
If you can answer, "YES" to the following questions, we want to hear from you. You must have these qualifications in order to be considered. This position is for "A" players only.  
 
Do you have 3 plus years of successful outside sales experience in the information technology HR/training/education marketplace with excellent account management experience?
Are you currently in the "Top 10%" of your company's sales force?
Have you always been a quota achiever/over-achiever?
Do you have a college degree?
Do you have experience working with project managers and technical people?
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a detail-oriented, team environment needed.
Do you have specific knowledge of the Human Resource market?
Do you have strong technical skills?
Are you a strong prospector?
Are you a strong closer?
Are you a good problem solver?
Do you have strong communication skills - both written and oral?
Do you work efficiently from a remote office?
Do you work effectively in multiple levels within a large account?
Are you strong at maintaining focus during a long sales cycle?
Are you capable of effectively articulating the needs of the marketplace back to the company?
