Essential Responsibilities
Specifically the Corporate Trainer will be expected to:
Act as a Change Agent effectively guiding new methods of learning for internal and external clients .
 
Execute training using a variety of methods (including, but not limited to, lecture, remote web training, and videotape solutions)
Work closely with Training team, Developers, Project Managers to develop customized training plans.
 
Write Comprehensive training documentation when required. This documentation will be able to communicate the subject matter to end users at a variety of levels. A sample of documentation written or demonstration of proficiency in written skills is required of interviewed applicants.
 
Participate in the instructional development process by providing written and oral feedback regarding class flow, hands-on exercises, and knowledge checks.
Keep abreast on new product rollouts, as well as existing offerings, and operational software tools updates.
 
Manage client relationships at all organizational levels to ensure that training needs are established prior to the training, and establish a plan to meet those specific needs.
Manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment required.
 
TRAVEL: Upon request, you will need to travel to clients where required, (mostly with in the US) to conduct classes. Travel percentage range is up to 40%.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience includes  
 
At least 3 to 4 years training/facilitating learning preferably in a Software Implementation environment. Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, or other programming language preferred but not required. HTML experience helpful. Comfort with data structures desired.
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows-based software packages (Access, Word,
Virtual training delivery using GoToMeeting, Webex or a similar distant learning delivery tool.
 
Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills oral and written; and interpersonal, skills; working in diverse teams.
 
The ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks within a fast paced environment and learn quickly with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in a payroll, or HR, management operational environment is desirable
