| Essential Responsibilities |
 |
|
|
Ensure the overall successful implementation of HRIS software applications by effectively managing the entire implementation process ensuring complete client satisfaction. |
 |
Convert client data into software applications ensuring timely, accurate and total information transfer. |
|
Handle incoming customer support calls ensuring accurate and prompt customer service by learning and maintaining advanced knowledge of NuView's current software packages. |
 |
Train new and existing clients on product applications ensuring complete customer understanding and satisfaction. |
|
Develop, proofread and edit various written materials, including system overview summaries, on-line help screens and product documentation booklets. |
|
Enhance existing policies and procedures to streamline business inconsistencies in order to offer superior client service. |
 |
Act as a liaison between clients and NuView staff ensuring a smooth communication flow. |
 |
Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned. |

| Required Skills |
 |
|
 |
Bachelor's degree relating to Human Resources, information systems or related field strongly preferred. |
|
Demonstrated proficiency in Windows-based software packages (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Proficiency with Internet applications a must. |
|
Previous work experience with computer software development and/or support, HRIS applications, and human resources preferred. |
|
HTML experience and Comfort with data structures is preferred. Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, or other programming language is also a plus. |
|
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment required. Proven project management skills a must. |
 |
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a detail-oriented, team environment needed. |
 |
Excellent written, oral, listening and presentation skills required |
|
Must be a detail-oriented, self-starting individual who can work in a small company environment with minimal supervision. |
 |
Ability to travel up to 25% is required. |
|
|
Technical professional with 2-3 years of technical support experience primarily in a Windows /2000/2003/XP/Vista environment.
Experience with MS Office Suites (Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and exposure to various COTS software products (i.e. Adobe, Visio, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
Other Desirable Skills
BS in Information Technology or Computer Science. Possession of Industry certifications (MCP, MCSE, A+, Net+, CCNA).
Working Knowledge of Microsoft protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, POP3, SMTP, WINS,FTP, etc.). Exposure to Backup Exec, Unix/Linux, VMWware, MS Exchange 5.5/2003.
Knowledge of Scripting (windows batch files, vbscript, WMI)
Troubleshooting Networking issues with PCs, Laptops, Routers and Firewalls
The ability to restore and backup SQL Server databases.
