Peggy brings more than 15 years of Human Resources experience in a broad range of roles. Peggy was most recently the Manager of Professional Services for the East.  During this time, she quickly created a cohesive team of Project Managers that enjoyed significant success in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.  Peggy was also in the forefront of a recent initiative to create workflows and implementation tools that will be the key to successful future implementations as well as the cornerstone of the on-boarding process for new Project Managers.

In her new position as Director of Professional Services, Peggy’s focus will be on providing leadership to Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers to ensure we continue to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in all of our interactions.
