NuView Customer Center FAQ's

Q: How do I get my Customer Center login information?
A
: Contact your support representative by calling 1-800-244-7654 (option 2)

Q: Who would you recommend have access to the Customer Center from my organization?
A
: This will vary depending on your organizational needs. Most NuView customers assign an HR, Payroll and IT resource as contacts in the NuView Customer Center.

Q: I have tried to attach a file when opening a case but couldn't, when can I add an attachment?
A
: You cannot attach a file to a new case until it has been submitted. You may reply to the email confirmation in your email client or edit the case to attach your file.

Q: Are US business hours based on EST or PST?
A
: Our business hours are based on East Coast (-5:00GMT) hours. Our standard hours are 8:30am to 8:30pm.

Q: Are items in the NuView Alerts section also sent in the email notifications?
A: Yes, all subscribers to the Support Distribution List will receive email notifications of those items posted in the NuView Alerts section of the Customer Center.

Q: How do I know when there is a new update or hot fix available?
A
: Targeted emails are sent to NuView customers via our Support Distribution List.
