NuView Systems has been working deligently these past few months to improve and enhance its human resource management software. On November 15th, we announced NuViewHR version 4.17 to our clients and celebrated the release simultaneously in each of our NuView Systems offices around the world.

Shafiq Lokhandwala, NuView Systems CEO, spoke to all NuView Systems employees the morning of November 15th and discussed the new features of NuViewHR v4.17.

Highlights of NuViewHR v4.17 include updates to Employee Self Service (ESS) User Interface and Navigation Redesign, Candidate Self Service Navigation and usability, Posting Setup Changes, Common Tables enhancements and improvements to Payroll including standardized employee check forms through ESS and HR modules.

This software release is a direct result of client feedback from our focus group sessions and annual user conference. NuView Systems strongly values client feedback in developing any and all new versions of our software.

Great news for those of you HR & Payroll industry folks that are attending the 2012 HR Technology Conference & Expo next week in Chicago; NuView Systems will be exhibiting and speaking at the show!

Shafiq Lokhandwala, NuView Systems CEO, will present at HR Tech on Wednesday, October 10th at 9 a.m. CT with Bissell Homecare.

Along with David David Dart, VP, Global HR, Bissell Homecare, Shafiq will give a presentation titled "Bissell Now Cleans the World!" For 136 years, family owned and operated Bissell Homecare has been famous for its carpet sweepers and now for a full line of floor care products.

Bissell is a classic example of an SMB having similar HR challenges as larger companies but fewer resources. From its base in Grand Rapids, Mich., Bissell Homecare manages employees and contractors in 31 countries with a goal of vastly increasing its global revenue.

In a recent press release, David Dart explained that before NuView, the technology Bissell had was simply holding the company back. Shafiq highlighted that the NuView Systems goal is to assist companies in growing on a global scale with a product that meets the needs of their people locally and at the corporate level.

Last week, NuView Systems held its Tenth Annual User Conference; NuView Network 2012! The event was held at the Charleston Marriott in Charleston, South Carolina and consisted of one day of hands-on workshops and two days of informative conference sessions for NuView clients.

More than 70 people from 33 companies attended various workshops and heard from NuView CEO Shafiq Lokhandwala and keynote speaker Stacy Reyan, executive director of human resources at APCO Worldwide and long-term NuView client.

We were thrilled that Stacy participated as the keynote speaker this year. Stacy's presentation, titled "Opportunities Abound" focused on the ever-changing world of human resources, keeping up with technology and not losing the human touch while doing so. Her address received extremely positive feedback from clients in both the HR and Payroll roles.

NuView Network 2012 also offered informative and key industry sessions led by Sibson Consulting (a division of the Segal Group, a NuView client) and WorkForce Software, Inc.

Last week, NuView announced the company has been selected by WD-40 Company, following a year-long competitive analysys of multiple vendors, to implement its core product, NuViewHR®, within the global company.

NuView Systems will lead the implementation of NuViewHR® within WD-40 Company, providing the core solution in a variety of native languages to support the multi-national program. Within the first few stages of implementation, WD-40 Company staff in the U.S. will have use of all core HR functions, such as self-service. Full implementation to other global WD-40 locations will follow.

"NuViewHR® is adaptable to the needs of our organization and provides flexibility for custom development. NuView also happened to be the most cost-effective solution of those finalists we selected. For a mid-sized, public multi-national company such as ourselves, NuView was the right choice," stated Stan Sewitch, V.P. Global Organization Development, WD-40 Company.

NuView Systems will work with WD-40 Company to transfer all existing data to NuViewHR®, facilitate usage of the system in the company’s global business centers in the UK, Europe, Australia, Malaysia and China, and offer employees native language access to their own data.
