USING NUVIEW’S TECHNOLOGY TO SERVE EMPLOYEES BETTER
NERI has been using NuViewHR® since August 2008 as a replacement for an older Spectrum HRVantage system. After
looking at eight different competitors in the industry, NERI chose NuViewHR through a comprehensive vendor evaluation process. Chief among its selection criteria, NERI needed a web-based, easy-to use system that didn’t require an IT team or involve ongoing maintenance as their business needs and structure changed.

Through the evaluation process, NERI recognized that NuViewHR’s flexibility and customization capabilities through NuViewTools far outweighed the offerings of any other vendor. In the end, it was NuViewHR’s system flexibility, depth of functionality under a single system and powerful reporting capabilities that earned NERI’s selection.

“NuView had a lot of the system tools built into their basic system and the reporting tools are just phenomenal. The system is so user-friendly that anyone can use it with very little training,” said Jamie Araujo, Human Resource Representative for NERI.

A SMOOTH IMPLEMENTATION
The implementation approach was also a critical factor in selecting NuView, as NERI felt that the experience and depth of NuView’s implementation team, and the assurance of a smooth process, were essential to the success of the project.The software training, combined with a separate high-level implementation meeting, enabled the NERI team to fully understand each of the system areas and customizations.
