TIME FOR A CHANGE
Haynes and Boone had unique payroll requirements which their current payroll provider could not accommodate; customization of pay codes, deduction codes as well as the ability to generate specific reports necessary for auditing. Their payroll needs also included hourly employees, exempt staff and partners who are not subjected to taxation. After a diligent internal review process, the only option was to move to an “in house” system, which had flexibility and did not require programming expertise. Stability, flexibility and reliability were the main driving factors of the selection process and product selection was limited.
