Work with Development team in converting technical designs into code and fixing bugs in close coordination with QA and the Support Team. Require the ability to focus on the “big picture”. Possess an understanding of who the end user is and what is their need and when do they need it?  Possess the ability to understand the scalability of the solution and foresee how manageable it will be to make changes in the future, and the costs associated with it.

Responsibilities

• Work on new customizations requested by the customer.
• Work on bugs and issues found by the customer.
• Work within budget and time constraints.
• Assist the team lead in some of the planning activities.
• Be proactive in communicating to the management regarding any potential issues with respect to the technical solution or meeting the time requirements.
• Provide options with pros and cons (including rough estimates for time and resources) before beginning work on a particular solution.
• Provide accurate breakdowns of project components before beginning work on a particular solution.
• Provide accurate and aggressive estimated times for completion before beginning work on a particular solution.
• Manage your time to meet both budgeted timeframes.
• Communicate with team leaders regarding potential problems prior to deadlines
• Form Coding – XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP .NET
• Database Coding – SQL (SQL Servers
• Tools Coding – Java, JavaScript, XSLT
  

• 3-5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong ASP .Net, Java, XML, XSLT and JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and T SQL
• Ability to learn a new industry and technology quickly.
• Excellent grasp of software engineering principles including development and release lifecycle processes.
• Exceptional problem solving skills.
• Experience in software development and web based applications.
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
