NuView Systems Inc., a leader in innovative HRIS enterprise software applications, is seeking a Business Analyst / Human Resources Subject Matter Expert in Andover, MA to contribute to the creation of the next generation of our applications. Candidates must have strong analytical ability, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience in the field of Human Resources.  SPHR certification is highly desired.

• Contribute to the functional strategy.
• Develop expert-level understanding of HRIS suite of products and their use.
• Perform necessary analysis, fact-finding, and consultation with others to identify and resolve production support issues.
• Identifies functional problems, and project or process related challenges.
• Demonstrate competency in all of the following:  analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Proactive approach to all tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to respond to and successfully cope with rapidly changing environment.
• Work closely with client focus groups to identify product improvements.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, users, and technical support to develop requirements.
• Work closely with development, product management, and documentation, to ensure that the objectives of all projects met within schedule constraints.
• Clearly communicate results, concerns, and project status to the management team and other stakeholders honestly, openly, and in a timely fashion.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, and information.
• The incumbent must be able to capture requirements as dictated by the client and demonstrate effective communication requirements verbally and in writing.
• Must have the ability to speak effectively to groups courteously and tactfully.

Reasoning Ability

• Must have the ability to analyze, interpret, and solve problems with minimal direct supervision while demonstrating good judgment. 
• Ability to make decisions in concert with policies, procedures, and objectives of the company.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a Human Resource related role.
• Experience in a solution development environment is a plus.
